Pageview tiers (paid plans)
Paid plans let you choose your pageview allowance. Available tiers per month:
10K · 50K · 100K · 250K · 500K · 1M · 2.5M · 5M · 10M
You can upgrade or downgrade your tier at any time. When upgrading mid-cycle, the change applies immediately and your bill is prorated. When downgrading, the new limit takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Billing cycles
Monthly billing charges once per calendar month.
Yearly billing gives you one month free — you pay for 11 months and get 12. The discount is applied at checkout and reflected on every invoice.
Overage handling
Pulse sends email notifications when your site approaches its pageview limit:
- At 80% of your monthly allowance
- At 90%
- At 100%
When the limit is reached, ingestion stops for the remainder of the billing cycle. Visitors still see your site normally, but no new pageview events are recorded until the next cycle begins or you upgrade your tier.
Ingestion stops at 100% with no grace period. If your traffic regularly approaches the limit, upgrade your tier before you hit the cap — data lost during an overage period cannot be recovered.
Aggregated statistics
Aggregated daily totals — the numbers behind your KPI cards and charts — are kept permanently regardless of your data retention setting. Retention only affects the underlying event records used for detailed breakdowns (pages, referrers, goals, etc.).
Payment
Pulse processes payments through Mollie, a European payment processor. Accepted methods depend on your country and may include credit card, iDEAL, SEPA Direct Debit, and others. Invoice PDFs for each payment are available under Settings → Billing.
All prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Business customers in the EU can add a VAT number to receive invoices without VAT applied.
